Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 until 2019, she served as the artistic director at Seoul Shakespeare Company. When she was the Artistic Director of SSC she also served as the producer of costumes and sets, music director, composer and coach for text. For her last year she served as lighting designer and director for the production of SSC's King Lear. She had directed from the ensemble but in this last year began her first directorial experience. In 1982, she was married to actor cum writer Michael A. Ross with who her two kids. The actress who is an ideal wife and mother Post is an inspiration to many people within Hollywood.
